Job Description

We’re a growing SaaS company looking for reliable Customer Service to support our users. As long as you’re available to reply to customer messages anytime between Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM, we welcome all types of work arrangements — full-time, part-time, or freelance.

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to software usage, account issues, and general system support
  • Record user feedback and coordinate with our technical team
  • Provide friendly, clear, and professional assistance through chat, email, or phone

Requirements:

  • Must be responsive during weekdays (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM)
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn software and system operations
  • Experience in customer service or SaaS support is a plus (but not required)
  • Able to communicate in Chinese or English (bilingual is preferred)
