Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Project Assistant to lead and manage our support operations across multiple projects. This is a full-time position with growth potential, where you’ll act as a bridge between customers, the internal team, and project stakeholders.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end customer support for assigned clients or projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, sales) to ensure client needs are met
  • Handle escalated support cases and follow up until resolution
  • Document customer requirements and convert them into internal tasks or updates
  • Track project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and manage client expectations
  • Prepare weekly reports and provide insights on customer satisfaction and issues


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or project coordination
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible
  • Comfortable with SaaS / software tools (CRM, ticketing, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Proficient in Chinese or English (bilingual preferred)
